Before you fill out the following form please read through Heidi's
FAQs and Things to Consider guide.
After you hit the submit button Heidi will reply within 48 hours to confirm availability and discuss terms to ensure that both parties are clear on the
services provided with each package.
Please place all special requests in the notes section.
Remember that Heidi does not consider herself booked until all parties have agreed to terms, signed a contract specifying these terms and she has received her booking deposit, thank you!
Non-Profit Fundraiser Event Donation
Are you a Non-Profit looking for a featured performer? Heidi happily gives back by performing at Non-Profit fundraising events. She donates one performance (up to 10 minutes) per quarter and offers discounted rates.
Please note that she gives priority to groups who's main focus is: empowering girls/women, gender equality, empowering minorities and promoting tolerance and acceptance of all beings regardless
of age, sex, race, religion, etc.
