Philosophy
Teaching Philosophy

Dance and movement are our most direct forms of communication. Historically, cross-culturally, dance has always been a way to talk about the truth that all people share. Dance reveals the interconnection of all things, the diverse experiences, and the realities that we share together.

Dance is for anyone who's interested. Heidi believes it's never too late to learn. She strives to challenge and nurture her students every step of the way both physically and mentally. Dance is a living art discipline. Dedication and hard work are necessary components along with passion and compassion.
